Patient tot.<\/span><\/h3>\n<div id=\"c438\">\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000; background-color: #ffff00;\">&#196;rzte und Pflegposten nicht mehr nachbesetzt.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Das ist Gesundheitspolitik in Wien. Wien m&#246;chte offenbar Top werden: Total ohne Personal. Total ohne Patienten. Nur noch eine effiziente b&#252;rgernahe Verwaltung, die sich selbst gen&#252;gt. Das ist nicht Kafka, das ist KAV-Politik.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Ohne R&#252;cksicht auf Verluste will die Stadt Wien nach Jahren des sorglosen &#214;ffnens der Geldschleusen nun einsparen: 10-12% durch die Bank, &#252;berall, kostet es was es wolle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Sogar bei Beamten wird &#8222;gespart&#8220;: Fr&#252;hpension ab 55, wie bei den Wiener Linien und bei Wien Energie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Das nennt man Budget- und Reformpolitik by Rasenm&#228;her und Protektion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Die Beschwerden in den Spit&#228;lern h&#228;ufen sich, sogar Primar&#228;rzte, die man bislang streichelweich behandelte um sie politisch gef&#252;gig zu halten, rebellieren: &#8222;So kann man weder einen verantwortungsvollen Krankenhausbetrieb f&#252;hren, noch f&#252;r Sicherheit von PatientInnen, MitarbeiterInnen und Therapie garantieren.&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Die Verantwortungsauslagerung \u2013 offensichtlich eine neue Mode in der Politik \u2013 auf privat wird betrieben. Die niedergelassenen &#196;rzte sollen bitte sehr l&#228;nger offen haben, nicht auf Urlaub gehen und schon gar keine &#252;berzogenen Forderungen stellen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Die radiologischen Institute sind ohnehin mit Pauschalen gedeckt, dass soll es auf ein paar hunderttausend Patienten mehr oder weniger nicht ankommen. MRT als Durchgangsschleuse. Diagnose unerheblich. Hauptsache, der\/die PatientIn wird administrativ, ordnungsgem&#228;&#223; erfasst und die Statistik stimmt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Das verkauft man unter Realit&#228;tsn&#228;he und Wohnortn&#228;he. Was soll die ganze Aufregung?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Wenn Politiker oder hochrangige Mitarbeiter der Stadt Wien ins Krankenhaus kommen, tut man sich leichter mit freien Zimmern und Betten. Die Volksvertreter werden ja dringend ben&#246;tigt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Wien Verschuldung steigt gewaltig an. Man redet von strategischen Investitionen, nicht von Schulden. Wahrscheinlich meint man auch das Krankenhaus Nord damit, dessen Er&#246;ffnung sich hinzieht, dessen Planungs- und Errichtungskosten explodiert sind.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Bedarfsplanung gibt es ebenso wenig, wie eine detaillierte Aufgabenbeschreibung.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Man wei&#223; lediglich, welche Abteilungen in anderen Spit&#228;lern man vorsorglich schlie&#223;en oder zusammenlegen soll.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Wozu noch Turnus&#228;rzte? Man ist ohnehin nicht in der Lage, sie wirklich gut auszubilden. Zudem k&#246;nnten sie l&#228;stig werden und zu viel fordern.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Wozu Zentralisierung und &#214;konomisierung des Einkaufs? Zahlreiche Beamte und Vertragsmitarbeiter w&#252;rden sich in ihren kleinen Herzogt&#252;rmen bedroht f&#252;hlen. Das geht doch nun wieder nicht.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Lieber kontrolliert man die &#196;rzte in ihrer T&#228;tigkeit. Man verwechselt das mit &#220;berwachungsmedizin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Schulden und drohender Konkurs der Sozialversicherungen. Wen k&#252;mmert das, solange sie ihre Pauschalzahlungen an die Krankenhausbetreiber zahlen. Und: Um Himmelswillen keine Transparenz.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Am liebsten w&#252;rde man die Zahl der maximalen Erkrankungen beh&#246;rdlich festlegen. Dann lie&#223;e sich leichter planen und einsparen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Wien hat bald mehr als 2 Millionen Einwohner. Die Politik verf&#252;gt, dass pro Jahr maximal 100.000 krank werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-small; color: #000000;\">Der Rest m&#246;ge sich an Arzt und Apotheke wenden.
