you’ve answered the point. You’ve already judged them guilty so fair trial is irrelevant. In my view any process must be credible

establish an international tribunal that is credible. What is there to be afraid of. If accused are convicted noone can comment.

Not eager or happy, the statement is a result of very serious concerns. There must be justice, but it must be real justice
