Wer nicht so viel zeit hat, alle aktuellen Meldungen zum Ungarn/Dublin III Geschichet zu lesen. Ein zentraler Punkt bei der Argumentation der Ungarn ist, dass sie die Rechtsauffassung haben, dass sie sich nicht für diejenigen Asylsuchenden zuständig fühlen, deren Ersteinreiseland Griechenland ist.
In diesen Fälle sei zunächst Griechenland zuständig. Eine Rücküberstellung nach Ungarn sei – so die ungarische Regierung – nicht zulässig.
Nach Griechenland darf man aber laut einer Entscheidung ders Europäischen Gerichtshofes niemanden zurückschieben, weil in Giechenland für Flüchtlinge unmenschliche verhältnisse herrschen.
Wir hoffen, dass dies der Anfang vom Ende von Dublin III ist.
