S&P kritisiert Ungarns heimliches Staatsbudget
So erwirbt die Zentralbank verstärkt Vermögenswerte, etwa Kunstwerke, Immobilien, Anteile an der Budapester Börse, Beiträge zu Bildungsstiftungen und zuletzt auch sogar Waffen. Allein die Bildungsausgaben machten 2014 eine Summe von rund 200 Milliarden Forint (645 Millionen €) aus. „Wenn öffentliche Mittel zu den Stiftungen transferiert werden, haben sie aber keinen öffentlichen Charakter mehr“, sagte Miklos Ligeti, Rechtsfachmann bei Transparency International der „Financial Times“.

Die Asylantragsstatistik für Jänner wurde kürzlich veröffentlicht.
Was fällt auf: 1. Dass afghanische AsylwerberInnen wieder an erster Stelle stehen. Allerdings sind von 2037 AfghanInnen nur 441 unter 18 Jahre. Es scheinen also sehr viele Familien gekommen zu sein bzw. „spontane“ Familienzusammenführungen. Was es hier brauchen würde: Spezielle Beratung für jene Jugendlichen, deren Familien jetzt nachgekommen sind. Sie haben enorme Verantwortung.
2. Wieder sind 75 Prozent aus der Flüchtlinge aus vier Ländern: Afghanistan, Syrien, Iran, Irak.
3. Mit fast 33% hat der Frauenanteil das langjährige Verhälnis 1/3 Frauen 2/3 Männer wieder erreicht.
