UN Experts call for proper regulation of private military and security firms working for the UN #PMSCs. UN staff is working in conflict areas where host countries may be unable to provide adequate support, and the UN is contracting PMSCs to help them with logistical support, risk assessments, humanitarian activities, security training, advisory services, security escorts and guard services. These private companies have the obligation to comply with #HumanRights law: http://sm.ohchr.org/15pt44g
