Islamisch-extremistische Rebellengruppen verüben im Norden Syriens massenweise Hinrichtungen, die nach UNO-Einschätzung als mutmaßliche Kriegsverbrechen verfolgt werden sollten. In den vergangenen zwei Wochen hätten die Vereinten Nationen Berichte über brutale Tötungen von Zivilisten und nicht mehr kampffähigen Angehörigen rivalisierender Rebellengruppen erhalten.

The UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (@UNRWA) has been unable to deliver any assistance since September last year, with the single exception of a delivery of 2,000 doses of polio vaccines in December.
