Es reicht jetzt einfach. Wir (Caritas Omni.Bus Team) arbeiten von früh bis spät, werktags wie wochentags in Traiskirchen, um zu helfen. Jeden Tag hören wir mehr über die katastrophale Situation im Lager:
Gestern Abend kommt ein junger Mann, völlig ausgehungert und durstig. Seit 4 Tagen darf er nicht ins Lager zurück, weil er seinen Laufschein verloren hat. Eine ältere Dame bricht vor uns zusammen, weil sie es nicht länger aushält, in dieser Hitze auf der Wiese zu liegen. Jugendliche die sagen, dass sie sich umbringen wollen, weil sie die Zustände im völlig überfüllten Lager nicht mehr aushalten, manche warten seit Monaten. Es wäre ja eh allen egal, ob sie leben oder tot sind. Es sind nicht fünf oder zehn, es sind unzählige, die jeden Tag kommen und von unhaltbaren Zuständen erzählen. Jeden Tag hören wir zu und wollen nicht glauben, was wir hören. Jugendliche erzählen uns von Gewaltübergriffen, und niemand interessiert sich dafür. So viele klagen über Magenprobleme, Durchfall. Wir sehen Kinder, erschöpft und müde von der Obdachlosigkeit. Wir stehen vor dem Lager und 20 Menschen reden gleichzeitig auf uns ein.
Wir können doch nicht so tun, als hätten wir das nie gehört???
Liebe Bundesregierung, WAS TUN SIE, um Traiskirchen zu entlasten?
Es geht nicht um die Frage, wer Asyl bekommt, dafür gibt’s Gesetze. Es geht darum, dass mitten unter uns tausende Menschen in ein zu kleines Lager gepfercht werden. In einem der reichsten Länder der Welt.
