Die neuen Flüchtlingsgesetze in Ungarn, angenommen mit einer Mehrheit aus Fidesz- und Jobbik-Abgeordneten von 140 Stimmen, es gab 14 Gegenstimmen (LMP, Unabhängige), bei 27 Enthaltungen (MSZP) und 17 Abwesenden, umfassen als zentralen Punkt die Ermächtung der Regierung, „sichere Staaten zu identifizieren“. Das werden, außer der Ukraine, alle Nachbarländer Ungarns sein. Flüchtlinge, die aus diesen Ländern nach Ungarn kommen, dürfen in Ungarn keine Asylverfahren durchführen.
Als weitere Massnahme gegen die Flüchtlingswelle, im Zuge deren allein im laufenden Jahr rund 67 000 Asylsuchende in Ungarn registriert wurden, will die Regierung in Budapest das Asylrecht verschärfen. Das Parlament befürwortete mit den Stimmen der Regierungspartei Fidesz sowie denjenigen der rechtsextremen Jobbik eine Vorlage, wonach die Regierung eine Verordnung mit einer Liste von sicheren Transitländern erlassen soll. Unabhängig von ihrer Herkunft sollen Flüchtlinge, die über eines dieser Länder nach Ungarn einreisen, kein Asylgesuch mehr stellen können.

20 שנים מלאו לחוק ביטוח בריאות ממלכתי, חוק שעשה צעד ענק בדרך לסולידריות חברתית כאשר ביטל את הקשר בין היכולת לשלם לבין הזכות לקבל טיפול רפואי, אך כבר מתחילתו הותיר קבוצות מסוימות מחוץ לו – אסירים ועצורים, חיילים, מהגרים ומבקשי מקלט – למרות שמרכז חייהם בישראל. אך לכל הפחות, כלפי הכלולים בו היווה החוק בשורה.
לצערנו, מאז חוÖקק החוק פועלות כל הממשלות מתוך אידיאולוגיה קפיטליסטית שבמסגרתה בריאות היא עוד מוצר שינוהל בין השאר על ידי כוחות השוק. כחלק מאידאולוגיה זו, ברור היה שהחוק ירוקן מתוכנו, ושערכיו – ערכי הצדק השיוויון והערבות ההדדית – ישחקו. כל החוליים שבאו בעקבות זאת היו אם כך צפויים: תת תקצוב שיטתי, הזנחת הכשרה והגדלה של כוח האדם הרפואי העתידי האמור להתמודד עם גדילת האוכלוסייה והזדקנותה, כרסום של הרפואה הפרטית ברפואה הציבורית, הזנחת הפריפריה באופן שהפערים בינה ובין המרכז רק הולכים וגוברים והתעלמות מכוונת מקבוצות ומאוכלוסיות מודרות ועניות.
כל אלו ורבים נוספים הם העומדים במרכז מאבקנו ברופאים לזכויות אדם במטרה לשמור על השוויון בבריאות, ועל הסולידריות והערבות ההדדית בין כולנו.

The dictionary definition of “refugee” is simple enough: “one who flees, especially to another country, seeking refuge from war, political oppression, religious persecution, or a natural disaster.” Orbán decided to create his own peculiar definition of the term. In his view one can be called a refugee only if he is running for his life and escapes to a neighboring country. “Since Hungary is not adjacent to Syria, when a migrant arrives at our door he is no longer a refugee.”

es reicht! Ich halte die Flüchtlingspolitik in Österreich nicht mehr aus! Ich sehe im Fernsehen und lese in der Zeitung täglich über diese unglaubliche Stimmungsmache gegen Flüchtlinge.
Mich regt auf, dass so viele an dieser Hetze beteiligt sind. Wie kann man auf dem Rücken von Flüchtlingen so eine Politik betreiben?!
Es ist eine Schande für Österreich, dass Kinder, Frauen und Männer in Zelten hausen müssen!
Niemand tut sich eine Flucht an, weil hier in Österreich das Wetter so schön ist!
Die Menschen verlassen ihre Heimat nur, weil dort die Not so groß ist! Und dann werden sie hier wie Aussätzige behandelt! Mensch ist Mensch, ganz egal wo er oder sie herkommt!
Ich versuche zu helfen wo ich kann. Aber wir haben längst keine freien Wohnungen mehr! Ich muss jeden Tag viele Menschen wieder wegschicken. Das bricht mir das Herz! Bitte schauen Sie nicht weg, jede und jeder kann etwas tun!
Bitte unterstützen Sie in ihrer Gemeinde, in ihrem Umkreis Flüchtlingsunterkünfte. Die Politiker alleine schaffen es nicht! Wenn Sie Platz haben, nehmen sie Flüchtlinge auf! Helfen Sie mit, dass die Zeltlager so schnell wie möglich wieder verschwinden!
