پاسخ به سوالات شرعی مخاطبان درباره احکام عزاداری اهل بیت علیهمالسلامپرسیده اند نظر آقا در مورد برهنه شدن در عزاداری چیست؟ اگر فیلمبرداری نشود و زنان نیز نبینند چطور؟ آیا از نظر فقهی، ایشان حرام میدانند این کار را؟
در پاسخ به این سوال باید عرض کنیم حضرت آقا توصیه فرمودند به برخی از مداحان که در عزاداریها برهنه نشوند. اما این به عنوان یک فتوای فقهی نیست که ما بگوییم حرام است. خب اگر نامحرمانی نیستند، اگر مسئله سویی بر آن مترتب نیست، دشمنان سواستفاده نمیکنند خب ممکن است بگوییم حرام هم نباشد؛ مثلا یک جمع محدودی هستند فیلمبرداری هم نمیکنند، فقط مردان هستند حالا پیراهن را از تن درآوردند و سینه میزنند؛ اما به طور کلی توصیه ایشان این هست – به عنوان یک توصیه – که در عزاداریهای مردها برهنه نشوند. چرا؟ چون ممکن است هم در معرض دید نامحرمان باشند و هم دشمنان باز از این مسئله سواستفاده کنند برای تبلیغ علیه مکتب اهلبیت علیهمالسلام.

قال : كيف يطلب من الناس مبايعة من لا يعرفونه!
د. سلمان العودة: البيعة مبنية على قناعة الناس وليس القهر والسيف
أكد الدكتور سلمان العودة، الأمين العام لاتحاد العلماء المسلمين إن فكرة تكفير من يخالفنا أو من لا يُبايع هي فكرة غريبة عن المسلمين، فحتى من لا يُبايع أبابكر وعمر وعثمان وعلي رضي الله عنهم لا يُكفَّر فكيف بمن لا يُبايع شخصاً مجهولاً لا نعرفه!
وأوضح أن أصل الخلافة في الإسلام مبنيَّة على قناعة الناس واختيارهم و مشورتهم، وأن الله -سبحانه وتعالى- سمَّاها بيعة، فمعناها الرضى والموافقة وأما أن تكون مفروضة على الناس بالقهر والإجبار والقوة والسيف.. فهذه ليست مبايعة!
جاء ذلك تعليقا على مداخلة أثناء إلقائه محاضرة عبر سكايبي في مسجد (البيت المعمور) بسولو بإندونيسيا، يقول السائل أنه رأى شهادة مطبوعة بعدم كفر فلان من الناس و مدة الشهادة ثلاثة شهور فقط، لأنهم يرون أن الشخص قد يعود كافراً مرة أخرى.
وقال العودة: إذا تحقق مثل هذا فهذه مصيبة وشيء عجيب، لأن الأصل براءة الناس وحملهم على ظاهرهم. مؤكدا أن تكفير الناس واستحلال دمائهم والتساهل فيها والذبح على المكشوف هو ذبح على الطريقة غير الإسلامية ، وهو ذبح الناس الأبرياء والمعصومة دماؤهم.
واستنكر مشاهد الذبح والتفاخر فيها مع ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حقن دماء الناس جميعا الا المحارب الصريح او من يتوجه اليه حد شرعي لاشبهة فيه والغاية من الرسالة كما قال ربنا {وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ}
الطرق المغلقة
وأوضح د. سلمان العودة في محاضرته أن هذه الفتن تهز العقول، فكثير من الشباب عندهم حماس للإسلام ورغبة في الخير، ويجدون الطرق لنصرة الدين غير متيسرة ولامفتوحة ويجدون كثيراًمن خصوم الإسلام يحاربونه بشراسة وبقسوة فيندفع هؤلاء الشباب في مثل هذا الطريق،غير مدركين لعواقبه ومآلاته المدمرة مع وجود عناصر مدسوسة تصطاد في المياه المتعكرة
تقبل الاختلاف
وحول موضوع المحاضرة وهو عرض كتابه (كيف نختلف؟)قال سلمان العودة إن البغي والعدوان الذي تعيشه الأمة هو أحد ثمار الاختلاف المذموم، مشيرا أنه ليس مطلوبا أن نكون مُجمعين أو متفقين على شيء ما حلا أو تحريماً، ولكن أن نتقبَّل الاختلاف ما دام مبنياً على اجتهاد.
وأشار إلى أن علينا أن نتقبّل الخلاف بصدر رحب، وأن يكون بيننا حوار بأسلوب حكيم ولغة راقية ، لكن أن يتحول هذا الاختلاف إلى الحرب والحرب المضادة أو الهجر أو الشتم أو سوء الظن أو الاتهام بالخيانة أو الاتهام بالنفاق أو الاتهام بالمروق من الدين أو ما أشبه ذلك من اللغة الشائعة اليوم في أوساط المختلفين من المسلمين، فهو أمر مخيف“.
وأكد أن البغي والعدوان مصاحب للاختلاف كما ذكر الله تعالى عن بني إسرائيل {فَمَا اخْتَلَفُوا إِلَّا مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءهُمْ الْعِلْمُ بَغْيًا بَيْنَهُمْ}، مشيرا إلى أن موضوع الاختلاف من أخطر ما يعصف بالأمة الإسلامية ويسبب تمزقها وشتاتها.
وبين أن الاختلاف إما أن يكون اختلاف تنوّع، لأن الحياة البشرية كلها قائمة على هذا الاختلاف من بعض وجوه أن الناس مختلفون في مذاهبهم ومواهبهم ومشاربهم وأنماط عيشهم وميولهم ورغباتهم وإبداعاتهم وما يحبون وما لا يحبون.
وأوضح د. العودة: “ أن من اختلاف التنوع، أن يعمل إنسان مثلاً بالعلم وآخر بالدعوة، وثالث بالجهاد في سبيل الله بطريقته المشروعة، ورابع بالإنفاق، وحتى العلم هناك من يشتغل بعلم اللغة وهناك من يشتغل بالفقه وهناك من يشتغل بالعقيدة وهناك من يشتغل بتفسير القرآن“، مضيفا „هذا الاختلاف لا يمكن الحجر عليه بحال من الأحوال، وهو نوع من الاختلاف الشرعي الذي نسميه اختلاف التنوع“، معتبرا أن هذه الأنماط „مثل الأنهار الصغيرة التي تصب في بحر واسع يستوعبها جميعاً“.
اختلاف التضاد
وأضاف أن النوع الثاني من الاختلاف هو „اختلاف التضاد“، كأن يرى عالم من العلماء أن هذا الفعل جائز وآخر يرى أنه محرَّم، أو عالم يرى أن هذا واجب وآخر يرى أنه محرَّم، وهو ما يقع حتى في العبادات، وفي أمور ربما تكون واضحة، مشيرا إلى أن العلماء اختلفوا في الأذان- وفي مواقيت الصلاة، فيكون الوقت دخل عند إمام ولم يدخل عند إمام آخر، وبالرغم من ذلك فلا يقول هذا الإمام ببطلان صلاة مخالفه الذي صلى قبل الوقت، حسب اجتهاده، ما دام الرأي الآخر له سند ودليل.
وقال إن الحياة الإسلامية اليوم مليئة بالمستجدات التي يختلف الناس حولها، كلما جاء أمر جديد اختلف الناس حوله، لافتا إلى أن المطبعة حينما وُجدت رفض بعض علماء المسلمين استخدامها في طبع المصحف الكريم، ثم أصبح هذا أمراً مألوفاً وضرورياً وهكذا الاختلاف في كل تقنية جديدة او ابتكار او انجاز صحي او اعلامي ..
اختلاف الأنبياء والملائكة
وأشار د. العودة إلى أن الأنبياء اختلفوا فيما بينهم، والله -سبحانه وتعالى- ذكر لنا هذا في القرآن الكريم، على سبيل المثال: {وَدَاوُودَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ إِذْ يَحْكُمَانِ فِي الْحَرْثِ إِذْ نَفَشَتْ فِيهِ غَنَمُ الْقَوْمِ وَكُنَّا لِحُكْمِهِمْ شَاهِدِينَ}، والملائكة اختلفوا أيضاً كما في قصة الرجل الذي قتل مائة نفس واختلفت وتنازعت فيه ملائكة الرحمة وملائكة العذاب، والصالحون اختلفوا كما في قصة موسى والخضر والصحابة -رضي الله عنهم- اختلفوا“. مشددا على ضرورة أن يكون الاختلاف باب خير بدلاً من أن يكون سبباً في التناحر والتطاعن بين المسلمين.
إندونيسيا
وأشاد الشيخ سلمان العودة بنبرة التسامح لدى الشعب الإندونيسي مشيراًإلى أن الإسلام لم يدخل إندونيسيا عن طريق الفتح العسكري، وإنما دخل من خلال الأخلاق الكريمة التي تحلى بها أولئك التجار الذين قدموا إلى إندونيسيا من اليمن، من الساحل الجنوبي للجزيرة العربية، ومن عمان، وأماكن عديدة، ولم يدخل عن طريق العرب فقط“، مشيرا إلى أن هناك روايات تقول إن مجموعات من الإندونيسيين جاؤوا في عصر الخلافة إلى بغداد ودخلوا في الإسلام ورجعوا إلى قومهم منذرين.

این لشگر هشت نجف که آقایان اسم آوردند، یکى از لشگرهاى قدر در میدانهاى دفاع هشت ساله بود و خود مرحوم شهید کاظمى واقعا یکى از آن فرماندهان برجسته بود. بنده در همان دوران جنگ رفتم خوزستان به مرکز لشگر نجف، آنجا بازدید کردم؛ چیزهایى در آنجا دیدم که در کمتر لشگرى آدم میتوانست آنها را مشاهده کند: آمادگى ها از یک سو، روحیه ى خیلى بالا از یک سو، و نظم و ترتیب؛ نظم و ترتیبى که من در آن لشگر دیدم، در کمتر جایى انسان آن را مشاهده میکرد.
واقعا یکى از قله هاى برجسته ى جهاد، بدون تردید نجف آباد است.
